What is Noclaf?

1. Someone who changes their phone number (often by unexpected necessity) and neglects to give notice to any of their friends (typically by accident) in any sort of reasonable timeframe.
2. An individual who deserves to be called numerous derogatory terms, also known as a bad friend with poor friend etiquette, because this individual changes his phone number and forgets to actually let all his friends know his new number. A person characteristic of noclaf-like tendencies is also commonly referred to as an asshat. Noclaf has been in use in Central California since its inception in mid-2006.
Brian is such a noclaf; his number has been changed for also two weeks now, and still no one knows what it is!
