Nogbi is an unidentified caucasian or not caucasian man or woman, preferably clothed. The situation might be that you are discussing said person and have forgotten their name, so avoid this problem by referring to this person as Nogbi. A female nogbi is a Nogbina, and it is perfectly acceptble to put them in your phonebook as either Nogbi or Nogbina.
"That guy told me where we could get some apple flavoured chewing gum"
"Awesome, what's his name?"
"I don't know, Nogbi I guess"
