A situation where your top lip is so big, it looks like it's connected to your nose. Can occur with any race but usually African American or some sort of Asian descendant.
pronounced noy-ip
its a sort of combo of nose and lip,
just pronounced more conveniently.
Sally: holy crap look at that girls top lip! she looks deformed!
