Originated from The Simpsons character professor Frink, that ends his mad scientist rants using the phrase noiven-kahoiven or some variant of it, possibly caused by tourretes. Used to describe someone or something that is or looks especially nerdy. A major noiven is someone who particularly has many of the same characteristics or features of professor Frink. Noiven does not have a designated connotation; it can be used or taken many ways.
