A euphemism for "slut"; a girl who travels from guy to guy (or girl to girl), but is truly only valued for her genitalia; flirtatious via sexual innuendo.
Guy 1: "Hey, I saw you talking with that girl yesterday, she seemed into you."
Guy 2: "I thought so too, but she seemed to be just as interested in every other guy as the night went on. It made it apparent that she was merely a nomadic vagina, tricking me with her sexuality."
