A jerk or a self-centered person. Usually used as a temporary term for a specific action someone did.
-You can't call someone a noodle face without a specific event as proof.
Jeff: Did you hear about how Louis was talking back to Ms. Howers?
Paul: Yeah, I know. What a "noodle face"!
Nicholas: Hey Fred, lets get out of here.
Fred: Aren't you going to help your friends clean up the legos?
Nicholas: No, come on let's go!
