What is Nopa?

An acronym for the Negros on Parade Association. This association thrives on parading in a mass of black people and most of the time can be associated with BPITW. when not associated with BPITW, this group can be known to be a more organized group of NOP, which parades around and are usually killed or severly wounded by white police officers.

The NOPA was causing trouble so the white cops were forced to throw tear-gas at them until there eyes bleed and exploded.
