What is Norganization?

A negated form of the word organization, specifically pertaining to a situation in which the way things are organized in a certain circumstance is not at all reminiscent to any acceptable form of organization.
"The norganization in our room is making me quite uneasy, Edgar! Why are our garments laying on the floor?"
"Priscilla, has it ever occurred to you that perhaps I am a normal human being with normal human urges?"
"I will not hear any more of this nonsense! Now, tidy everything up."
