A small shit-hole of a town in Oregon, located 30 miles from Baker City and 30 miles from La Grande about one hour from Pendleton Oregon and 2.5 hours from Boise Idaho. North Powder is populated by about 500 people and has a small 1A school with a good footballteam, shitty wrestling team, decent basketball team, and decent track team. Not a lot of girls but some of them are okay looking. Anthony Lakes ski resort is only 19 miles away and it has great snowboarding. There are tons of drugsas NP (North Powder) is located right along I-5.
