What is Nose Dingleberries?

A close cousin of ass dingleberries, these are easily observed snot or booger remnants clinging to nose hairs or around the rim of the nose. Usually the result of going out in cold weather with a runny nose or slipshod tissue skills.
"I wasn't listening to what he was saying because I was paying attention to his nose dingleberries."

"Hey, I want to talk to that girl over there but I've been sick lately. Do I have any nose dingleberries?"
