When you are really sick and your nose is so plugged that you can't breathe or speak correctly, you turn into a scary monster called a nose gomler.
for example: the sudafed commercial where the man's whole head turned into a big stuffy nose.
Kah-Kah-Kah-Kah, I'm such a nose gomler.
