What is Not Word?

When you've been saying a word for a really long time, and it starts to sounds like it isn't a word. that's a not word. It's especially bad when you're trying to write out a word or phrase that you've only ever said out loud.
Bobby: i'm a real boy
bobby: real.... real...
bobby: realrealrealrealrealrealreal
Bobby: OMG i've turned real into a not word
