What is Notreallyabitfield?

The NotReallyABitField is a database field that can have three values. 0 = False, 1 = True, and NULL = Maybe. By practical terms this is normally in an int datatype field and sometimes in a varchar(50). However, from the application there is only 3 values.

HasAccess int (NotReallyABitField)
