Used to express a view or opinion of pleasure/displeasure of a given situation being discussed, referred to etc
Can be used personally i.e. one speaking of themselves and their present state
Can also be used to say "Ummm nooooooo! I dont think so!!"
Paul: "I heard she looked really nice and had an amazing dress on"
Peter: "Notwen she had body odor and smelt like a 24 hour kebab shop"
