A person who is so annoying that you revert to saying stuff that doesnt make sense, usually in the context: beed a noying stupid head.
Ian: Gawd! u beed a noying stupid head!
Will: But that's how I am naturally!
Ian: Thats no excuse to beed a noying stupid head!
Noying stupid head (A.K.A. Will and Ben): im annoying
Ian: Go fetch the ball! *acts like he is going to throw the ball, then hides it behind his back and they go try and find it* Noying stupid heads can be so stupid!!!1!111!one!
