What is Noyref?

Originating from the Japanese fish, "Norefh". In reference to a person, implies a fishy aroma, usually smelling similar to a male tuna at a high tide (or full moon). Commonly associated with tramps, old women whom's husbands are unfaithful and young incontinent children.
"Check out that old tramp! She is well a noyref!"
