What is Nozzler?

A direct descendant of "douche". Realistically referring to the nozzle from which the douche-water is sprayed from. This is an insulting term basically saying that the nozzler in question is not even worthy of being the douche, douche-bag, or the douche water.
"That guy is being a total nozzler".
"Those drunken jackasses up there are being complete nozzlers".
