An excess of black or jewish people in one area. The term is often used by people either joking around or racist people. A nuc truck is commonly found around night clubs, golf courses, or malls.
I went to the party but I left cause it was a total nuc truck. While I was at the mall, I had to leave cause it was a Nuc Truck.
