What is Nuclear Boy?

If a typical "Nerd" resembles the antisocial, bookworm-ish, technology-savvy type of guy who is usually bullied at school, then "Nuclear Boy" would be his more assertive counterpart, the nerdy whizz-kid who is more-or-less respected among his peers.
Think Dexter from " Dexter's Laboratory", Gas-O from "Bust-a-groove" and Dib from " Invader Zim"
X: What's a "nuclear boy"?
Y: Imagine a guy dressed in a black T-shirt with a nuclear logo and army pants, with a wannabe-mad-scientist personality who hacks codes for a living, and lucid dreams instead of sleeping.
X: Sounds like a rebellious type of nerd to me.
