A code phrase for when your thong is wedged so far up your ass at an extremely inconvenient time that you feel an overwhelming compulsion to yell "nuns on bikes!!!" at the top of your lungs to exert your frustration of not being able to fix this unpleasant situation immediately.
While sitting in church, I leaned over and whispered "nuns on bikes" to my sister with a pained expression on my face because I felt the need to describe my predicament in a succinct manner to relieve my stress before i yelled an obscenity during the sermon.
