The term is used when one or more tweakers are in the presence of some authority figure ,ie; school teachers, parents, the pay phone at the police dept.ect... and dont want their conversation completly understood. as apposed to "olskool" which refers to the "rode hard and put out wet" cocaine, or more specifically crack
