1) The Latin name for the children's character Noddy (originally by Enid Blyton). "Noddy and the Goblins" was translated by <somebody amazing> into Latin. (From Latin "nutus", a nod, + "culus", making it the diminutive/cuter version.)
2) Someone who rocks an amazing amount of socks. Multicoloured, stripy, furry, gorgeous socks. Oh yes.
