What is Nutsackishness?

a likening of something to the conditions one might experience when dwelling on the surface of a large, underwashed, non-airconditioned nutsack. Almost synonymous with craptacularbut possessing a more refined, descriptive edge.

Since all the bars in Austin are spiraling into a a vortex of unbearable nutsackishness, I'm now spending my Saturday nights on the couch with a bottle of Old Crow and 'Tussin.
