An l (or blunt)that is filled with the cooking spice Nutmeg, which contains some of the same substances found in ecstasythat can be used to get a person feeling a trip-like effect for up to 48 hours when taken in large doses. Preferably around 2 table spoons.

"Hey Rick let's smoke a nutty l so we could trip for the next 2 days."

"I can't smoke a nutty l today because I have work tomorrow night"
