1. A "non working co worker". Someone who is paid to do a job but finds other more important things to do instead, such as take walks, take personal phone calls, and take French lessons, all while on company time.
2. Someone who has prefected the art of not working in the workplace.
Ok, now NWCW is having a French lesson. I think NWCW may get through the day having done absolutely zero work. And getting paid like she’s some superstar helper. AGGHHHH!
