Used in a similar fashion to to bitch, but without negative connotations. Following the logical etymology from "bitch" to "beyotch" to "byotch" to "nyotch." Usually used as a point of emphasis at the end of a statement. Always exclaimed in a pitch above a high d.

"You like these new kicks, nytoch!"

"Throwin' these rocks nyotch!"
