What is Obama Necking?

While passing cars on the highway that display Barack Obama bumper sticker(s) you turn your head while passing to see if the driver is black or white.
"Man, I almost rear-ended somone this morning on my way to work. I saw a Honda with an 'Obama 09' sticker and I was so busy Obama Necking that I almost slammed into the car in front of me."

Similar to "rubber necking" whereby you turn your head at all angles to try and see the results of a wreck on the highway. Obama Necking means simply turning your head in all angles as you pass slower cars on the highway that are displaying Obama '08 bumper stickers, to see if the driver is in fact black.
