What is Oblivitard?

A member of society who is ultimately oblivious to largely noticeable facts. The suffix -tard is not added to in any way make fun of mantally challenged individuals, but rather to point out said person's flaw in the most raw of manners. The phrase 'oblivitard' was first used by Rader, a user from the website Avidgamers.
