What is Octaddy?

A man foolish enough to offer sperm to a welfare mom who already has six children, but then smart enough to want to cash in on her future millions by claiming fatherhood of the brood.

When the welfare mom looked like poverty forever, no one spoke up, but when stardom (and cash) looked imminent, Octaddy showed his face to claim his own fertile fame.
