What is Octoclops?

A hideous, sub-human beast with eight all seeing eyes. He feasts on the flesh of humans whom he enslaves to ensure his food supply. This menace had hibernated in shame for 80,000 years and was awaken by the the cycles of eight.
Now he claims his throne the Octoclops reigns.
