What is Ocupus?

An underwater mythical crustacean that resembles an octopus. It has leathery wings that act as fins for quicker underwater travel, that carries a harpoon gun. It is said that the oCUPus has the power to make fish fall in love.

In February, the oCUPus comes to the sea to spread love.
