One may mutter this word during a fairly important social decision whilst in the presence of the certain person asking the question.

Charlie: Hello fiend, hah
Ted: hah, anyway, would you be interested in coming to town to buy my mother a mothering sunday present?
Charlie: Well, i've already got my mother a mothering sunday present. Odah
Ted: Well?
