This describes all your friends who you play video game hockey with, who do not understand the 'offside' rule in hockey. Anyone who consistently ends up offside, is labeled as an "offside tony".
Your friend has just gone offside for the 3rd straight trip down the ice, "You idiot! Stop being such an offside tony!".
