When 'oh jeez' simply isn't enough, call in the heavy artillery of sexually connotative exclamatory phrases. Usually references something shocking yet subliminally obvious as fuck.
"Hey, did you hear that Michael Jackson is a pedophile?"
"Oh jizz!"
