What is Ojt?

AKA (on the job training) A term used in the Canadian forces to keep pilots awaiting training busy and feeling important. OJT usually lasts from 2 months to 2 years. Jobs include checking your e-mail ten times a day. Looking good in your new flight suit and taking 2 hours for lunch.
