The people residing in the State of Oklahoma that supported and/or assisted in the robbery and illegal theft of the famed NBA franchise Seattle Supersonics from the beautiful and elegant city of Seattle, Washington. Also the plural meaning of a gay Oklahoma citizen (but what's the difference?).
