Hide a friend in the closet prior to bringing a girl upstairs. When you get her in the room start doing her doggy style facing a window. In the middle, quickly pull out and sub in your friend. Quietly sneak out of the room, go outside the window and give the girl a friendly wave.
Me and steve pulled the ol' switcheroo on some girl last night. She just waved back and kept going.
