Extremely dangerous to inexperienced, fluffy teenagers new to IRC, who's either fooled to join them or is provoked senseless by them. They have natural enemies like axx-whores and spammers, and like to hunt anyone who opposes them with annoyance and subtle warfare. They are only vulnerable to one thing, and that is being ignored.
