What is Oma-dome?

This is the invisible dome that surrounds the city of Omaha. It keeps bad weather out of the city and it is the real reason we never get snow days. The oma-dome is operated by a man in the mayors office whose sole mission in life is to press the button allowing the dome to descend upon the city.
