Refers to antisemitism seen in juvenile internet forums and youTube comments, and the term derives from the style of writing often seen in such online comments.
There usually aren't too many interesting comments on a foxnews article about the economy until some troll goes all "OMG JOOZ" and starts blaming everything on Israel.
