When a whole bunch of people are saying "Oh my God!" or typing "OMG!" or any of its subsets(OMGWTF, OMGWTFBBQ, OMGWTFHIV, OMGWTFAIDS)in a chat or forum.
EXAMPLE 1:

User4: OMG that is disgusting!
