What is One Andreyo Rule?

An Andreyo is an annoying individual capable of infuriating people by heckling, insulting, and demoralizing them. Alone, one Andreyo is bearable but NEVER introduce a second Andreyo into your activity, escpecially golf. Studies of serial killers has shown that these individuals were set off because they violated the one andreyo rule.
Examples are hard to define because most individuals who violate the one andreyo rule are on death row or incoherent mental patients.
