Simalar to the word "infidel"
meaning, one who doubts ones mullet and has it cut off in an effort to seem cool, when in actual fact they are a camper-type(who buys clothes from shops like "go outdoors"etc) and allways will and should always have a mullet
Eg. "haha, he cut of his mullet, what an oo'danell"
