Noun: A remnant or residue of an unknown material which may be slightly sticky, vaguely unpleasant to touch, taste or smell and could possibly be harmful if ingested.
Geoff : Where shall we sit down? Near the window?
Biffy : I'm not sitting near the window, there is oogiebar smeared all over the chair.
Mrs. Bunns : Doctor, I keep on picking at the oogiebar between my toes. I just cant stop, its so addictive.
Doctor Throne : That explains why your baby is ill Mrs. Bunns, you shouldn't flick bits of oogiebar once you've been picking. Especially not into the pram.
