What is Ookini?

(Pronounced Ookeynee) Shouted in a high pitched voice with one fisted arm raised into the air.
Often used in the stead of a salute in the military of the UK when the commanding officer is not of sufficient quality.
May also be used as a victory celebration in salute of yourself
When a superiour is judged to be of a low quality and too incompetent to do their job one or all of the group raises a fisted hand and shouts Ookini in protest and defiance.
