Those dudes that spray tan like a motherfucker before prom, so that their skin turns orange, and they look like Oompa Loompa's, or in this case, Oompa PROMpa's.
Oompa Prompa's are typically also douchebags, and are often related to Tapout, Afflicted, and Ed Hardy clothing supporters.
