What is Oompatubbie?

What you'd get if a teletubbie and an oompa-loompa got down with it. An oompatubbie generally has the orange skin of an oompa-loompa, but it may have tinges of red, yellow, green, or purple to it. It has some sort of antannea on it's head, though it's smaller than the average teletubby's. There is a T.V. on its stomach, but the signal isn't as good.
The oompatubbie Willy Wonka employed at his factory was made fun of by the other oompa-loompas because of its speech problems and its inability to stay in sync with their songs, and the oompa-loompa Klan made racist comments to it about its skin color.
