What is Opterithm?

An opterithm, or optimising algorithm, is an algorithm which similarly to genetic algorithms, can optimise its operation given its current state.

Dangthat hill climbing opterithm is wack, it found the global optima in in fewer steps than my snazzy random walk algorithm.
