What is Optibo?

A style of home construction based in northern europe, encorporating "smart house" (a computer that litearlly runs your home) and compact design, where tables, chairs, and beds literally sink into the floor to open up room for living.
My friends optibo house is awesome, he can control his stove, windows, garage door, and all his furniture with a remote control.
