To be sold a new defective replacement car part that causes you great inconvenience and money only to be told by the seller that they are'nt responsible and you are basically screwed.

I just bought a new water pump and it broke causing my car to overheat in the middle of nowhere..then the seller would'nt pay me for any of the towing, labor and parts costs. Dude I got so oreillyied.
